R&M Richards. Freelance Assistant Designer . 2016-Present

Collaborate with head draper to take sketches from paper to the form. Maintaining daily communication between design, production, sales and sample makers to ensure information is accurate throughout the garment development process. Assist in fittings for garments. Sketch and drape new designs and beading layouts under the direction of head designer. Maintain communication with fabric and trim vendors, while also choosing fabrics, colors, and trims for new line. Work in photoshop to create prints, color palettes, and touch up. Approve headers, lab dips, and fabrics for mass production of dresses.

DOBS NY . Assistant Designer . 2015-2016

 Working closely with head designer on the process and development of the collections. Assisting in production of all garments including; hand sewing, beading, and appliquéing. Collaborate with vendors and venues to insure clear
communication on products and events. Prepping clothing and assisting during fittings.Supporting and aiding the deisgner in her vision throughout various forms
of presnetations, photoshoots, and shows, ensuring tasks are executed to company standards.

Pamella Roland . Freelance Design Assistant . 2014-2015

 Assisted designers with embroidery layouts, fittings, and fabric pricing for couture and diffusion line. Locally sourced trims and fabrics, researched and created inspiration and fabric boards. Hand beaded/sewed garments, along with pattern copying. Provided assistance during photo shoots, Coterie, and fashion show.  Liaison with factories and suppliers in NYC fashion district. 

Carol Hannah . Design Assistant . 2014                               Design Intern . 2013-2014

Monitored customer and wholesale interaction. Advised brides in the showroom and consulted during their appointments. Cut out bodices, skirts, and appliqué pieces. Designed, beaded and assembled accessories. Assisted in photoshoots, fittings, draping, sourcing of fabrics and showroom upkeep
